Actor and Tollywood's Dancer No. 1 Ankush opens up about his fitness regimen and why cheat days too work for him! He is just a couple of years old in the industry, but is already being hailed as an out-and-out entertainer. In a chat with CT, Ankush talks about what he does to keep himself in shape and why he can never say no to food.
Tell us about your training schedule.
I exercise six days a week and work on each part of my body at least twice in a week. Before shooting, I have two days of double sessions. In those two days, I do weight training in the morning and ab workouts or cardio in the evening.
