Kazakhmys Plc swung to profit as the biggest Kazakh copper producer pushes ahead with plans to divest two-thirds of its assets by the end of the year.

The company posted first-half net income of $49 million, after a loss of $962 million a year earlier, the London-based company said today in a statementBloomberg Terminal.
