JAMMU, Aug 19: A deputation of Non Gazetted Agriculture Graduates Association (NGAGA) led by Pardeep Sharma met Gulam Hassan Mir, Minister of Agriculture, and apprised him of their demands today.
The deputation discussed the demands regarding re-organisation of existing structure and hierarchy of the departments. The deputation laid emphasis that the repealing of 80:20 ratio should at no cost be done as it will shatter the ultimate hopes of the JAEOS community.
The Minister assured the delegation that the present services rules of 80:20 ratio shall at no cost be distributed and shall remain as it is. The Minister also assured the delegation that the processes of elimination the rank stagnation among the JAEOs under the ambient of 80:20 ration shall remain continue.
