Sanjeev Kapoor prepared a royal
spread for a bunch of Delhiites at The Yellow Chilli in the capital.
Rahul Sawhney, the owner, said, “It's great to be part of The Yellow Chilli by
chef Sanjeev Kapoor. I was always fond of Indian food and wanted to do something in this field. When you think of good food, Sanjeev comes to your mind.“
Sanjeev told us, “East Delhi has always been on my radar for opening an outlet and I am thrilled to start a restaurant here.
We always do a lot of research on the menu and dishes so that we deliver exactly what our patrons want. We have never used colours or preservatives in our food, and instead opt for the traditional art of the tandoor and slow-cooking to create mouth-watering delicacies.“a
