Army provides computer set, gifts to orphan house

KARGIL, Aug 18:   Kargil Army  provided computer set  and gifts to Alzahar Orphan House, Kargil. The Commander met with  president of Islameya school who run the Alzahar Orphan House.
Alzahar Orphan House is  only  one in Ladakh where hundred of orphan girls  have been reading  with full facilities  of education , accommodation  and hostel facilities.
After 3 years of  Kargil war  when there was need to rehabilitee the such girls  only Islameya School Kargil came and started the orphan house which is running till now.
Army presented  a set of computer and gifts to the girls. The commander 121 Brigade Kargil and commanding officer 13 Sikh LI  visited the orphan house and assured that they will  provide possible help to the Alzahar  Orphan House. The president Islameya School Kargil  Syeed Aga Jamal, Councilor  of LAHDC  Baroo  Hagi Haneefa  and members of Alzahar  school welcomed the commander and  CO of 13 Sikh LI and thanked for presenting a set of computer and gifts to the  girls.
The Commander assured that Army will provide possible help from time to time.
