According to the company, Bilbo will oversee the firm's IT, Procurement and Facilities functions. Bilbo most recently served as corporate VP of finance operations for CSC, a global information technology services company with 80,000 employees and revenues of $13.2 billion. There, he directed the strategic turn-around of the company's finance operations, and executed multiple cost-saving initiatives and restructuring programs. He led and managed all phases of internal business services, including financial and human resources shared services, real estate and facilities, travel and fleet, security, business continuity, logistics, records management, and support for sales and business development initiatives.
