Departing from her quintessential Teluginti ammayi portrayal in her last super hit film Seetamma Vaketlo Sirimallee Chettu , actress Anjali descended on the city on Sunday clad in a modern outfit and an equally trendy hairdo to match.

Anjali was part of the team which worked for Geetanjali , her latest project which is a horror comedy film written by Kona Venkat and directed by debutant Raj Kiran.

Besides Anjali, it features Srinivas Reddy in the lead while the soundtrack and background score is composed by Praveen Lakkaraju.

Addressing the local media, Srinivas Reddy said it took three years for the film to be completed.

Anjali said she was happy to be part of this horror comedy which gave her ample scope to portray her acting talent.
