16 state titles: Harvey Honyouti | Led Keams Canyon Hopi to 3A titles in 2003, 2002, 1988 and 1987. Also led school to 1A/2A state championships in 2007, 2000, 1999, 1998, 1997, 1996, 1994, 1993, 1992, 1991, 1990 and 1989.

11 state titles: Trina Painter | As the coach at Flagstaff, school won Division II titles in  2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2013, 2012 and 2011 under Painter. Also won the 4A-II title in 2008 and took home the 4A title in 2004.

10 state titles: Ralph Farr | Guided Kayenta Monument Valley to 3A titles in 1991, 1990, 1989, 1985, 1984, 1983, 1980 and 1978. Also led Yuma Catholic to 1A/2A titles in 2005 and 2004.

10 state titles: Dave Van Sickle | Coached Phoenix Xavier Prep to Division I titles in 2018, 2012, 2011 and 2010. Led school to 5A-I championships in 2009, 2008 and 2007. Also won 5A titles at the school in 1997, 1996 and 1995.

5 state titles: Laverne Lomakema | Guided Keams Canyon Hopi to Division IV titles in 2013, 2012 and 2010. Also led school to 1A/2A titles in 2009 and 2008.

4 state titles: Geoffrey Owers | Won the 5A-I title at Phoenix Mountain Pointe in 2005. Also coached school to 5A titles in 2003, 2002 and 2001.

4 state titles: Jeff Lockwood | Took Tucson Sahuaro to 5A titles in 1990, 1989, 1988 and 1980.

4 state titles: Sharon Falor | Won four straight 4A titles while as the coach of Flagstaff from 2000-03.

4 state titles: Steve Keiser | Keiser led Chinle to four 4A titles in a five-year span as school won it all in 4A in 1997, 1996, 1994 and 1993.

4 state titles: Milfred Tewawina | As the coach of Tuba City, Tewawina led school to 3A titles in 2000, 1999, 1998 and 1997.

3 state titles: Chris Hanson | Phoenix Desert Vista won the 1998 5A title with Hanson at the helm. Team beat out Phoenix Xavier Prep by 16 for the title. Also led school to Division I titles in 2019 and 2020.

3 state titles: Mike Urbanski | Coached Tucson Salpointe Catholic to Division III titles in 2020, 2018 and 2016.

3 state titles: Shaun Martin | Won the Division III title at Chinle in 2011. Also led team to 3A titles in 2009 and 2008.

3 state titles: Rob Clouse | Oro Valley Ironwood Ridge won 5A-II titles under Clouse in 2009, 2008 and 2007.

1 state title: Rodger Bristow | Guided Rio Rico to the 4A-II title in 2007. That team beat out Flagstaff by five points for the title.

1 state title: Jim Trapp | Led Page to the 4A title in 1999 with 74 points, beating out Tucson Catalina Foothills' 104.

1 state title: Ron Grant | Grant won the 4A title as the coach of Tucson Catalina Foothills in 1995. His team edged Chinle (86-88) for the title.

1 state title: Dusty Sullivan | Won the 4A title at Flagstaff in 1990 with 58 points, well ahead of the nearest competitor's 134.

1 state title: Bud Davis | Coached Tuba City to the 4A title in 1983. Team scored 21 points that season.
