Calls to rezone Woolwich Arsenal station

There are growing calls to have Woolwich Arsenal station rezoned so that it covers both zone 4 and 3.

Campaigners say the change will allow cheaper travel for commuters and help regenerate the area.

The change would save commuters £7 a week.

Councillor Danny Thorpe, in charge of regeneration and transport for the Royal Borough of Greenwich, explains why he thinks the change would be beneficial.

Transport for London says it is looking into the costs and benefits of the change.
