Helen Wood has won Big Brother 2014.

In a shock twist, the former escort was crowned the winner of this year's edition of the Channel 5 reality show, despite being routinely booed every single week.

Just 1.2% of the vote separated Helen from runner up Ashleigh Coyle in the vote and Helen told host Emma Willis that she still couldn't believe it.

On whether she can believe she's won or not: "I'm still waiting for someone to say it's a lie."

And on whether she would be sitting there if she hadn't received the pass to the final: "I'd have probably been out in the second week, definitely."

Ashleigh Coyle came second in the show while earlier in the night, Pavandeep Paul was evicted in sixth place, alongside Chris Wright who came fifth.

Mancunian male model Ash Harrison was then the shock fourth place eviction, while journalist Christopher Hall was evicted in third place.

This made this year's final an all-female affair for the first time in the history of Big Brother.
