Riley Keough: Elvis Presley’s Granddaughter Engaged To Ben Smith-Petersen
Riley Keough, Elvis Presley’s Granddaughter, is reportedly engaged to boyfriend Ben Smith-Petersen. It wasn’t Keough who broke the news of the engagement, oh no. Petersen took the lead and posted the announcement on his Facebook page:

Both Keough and Petersen appear in the photo snuggling up with one another and with Keough sporting a very sparkly ring on her ring finger according to E! News. The two reportedly met while filing Mad Max: Fury Road in 2012. That same year, US Weekly reported that Keough and Magic Mike co-star Alex Pettyfer were engaged, though things didn’t work out.
A source close to the newly engaged couple told US Weekly that Keough and Petersen are “very serious”:
“They’re perfect for each other. Great people. So happy for them,” the source said. “They joked about having a dog ‘baby’ together now and how it was just a matter of time until they made it official.”
This engagement comes just off the heels of a recent rumor that Riley Keough stole Jenifer Lawrence’s then-boyfriend, Nicholas Hoult, right out from under her. A recent report by The Inquisitr stated that Keough and Hoult were spotted together at a New York City hotspot in July, and a witness claimed that the two where getting quite cozy with one another:
“They were sitting arm-in-arm in a booth with Adam Lambert and Charl Brown,” a source told Page Six about Riley and Nick, while another added that they “looked cozy.”
Of course that wasn’t the first time that Riley Keough was accused of stealing another actresses man. The Inquisitr continued on to say that Keough was accused of stealing Robert Pattinson from Kristen Stewart in 2013. Whether those rumors were true or not, Hollywood Life stated that Keough and Stweart are “the best of friends.”
