When you have three power-packed numbers to listen to, you are sure that you will listen to the songs on a loop. From a koli song to a hard-hitting number, complemented with a promotional song, 'Rege’s' songs are one of Avadhoot Gupte’s best creations so far.
If you love the rustic sound of folk music, then 'Shitti Vajali' is your pick of the day.
The song sung by Anand Shinde and Avadhoot Gupte, is about celebration and having a good time. Anand’s folk style of singing combined with Avadhoot’s contemporary style gives the song the ‘paisa vasool’ tag. Next in line, is the hard-hitting and thought provoking track 'Aswasta Saare', sung by Avadhoot and Swapnil Bandodkar. The highlight of the song apart from the vocals is the melody. You will get goose bumps at the end of the song.
However, the highlight of this album is the promotional song 'Dhishkiyaon', sung by 15 artistes from the industry. From actors to producer and directors, the song is spearheaded by Avadhoot. The song gives the feel of the movie, with some quirky dialogue delivery in between. In all, 'Rege' is one album that’s going to be a hit for sure during Ganapati processions.
