For the 62 students and 17 teachers who came together at Hotel Hyson Heritage in Kozhikode on Monday as part of a programme ‘Nostalgia’, memories of the Presentation School in Chevayur was still afresh.
They had been part of the school from 1979 to 1991 and are now making their mark in various walks of life across the country and even abroad.
The meeting after decades started when the team paid a visit to the school and handed over Rs.25,000 as a contribution to the school.
Shared memoriesThe participants shared their memories and rekindled the burning embers of teenage spirit. TV artist Anila Sreekumar, Sumithra, Varadarajan, Sreedevi, Leena, Dheeraj, Ashok, Seema, Shamsad, Monish and Geetha were a few who had a gala time recollecting their memories.
At the end of the day, they departed promising themselves to return even stronger for the silver jubilee celebrations in 2016.
