Smriti Irani clarifies on Yale 'degree', triggers Twitter war
The tweets - some of which have been reproduced below - stream in despite Irani's ministry clarifying that it was a certificate and not a degree that she earned follwing a six-day course at Yale University in the US.
The "degree from Yale" that Human Resources Development Minister Smriti Irani said she carries in her "kitty" has triggered a flutter on Twitter with both her defendents as well as detractors caught in a slugfest over her educational qualification.
