Ssharad Malhotra returns to TV as Maharana Pratap

Ssharad Malhotra, who once caught everyone's attention as Sagar in 'Banoo Mein Teri Dulhann' is all set to return to TV after the hiatus of five years.
The actor will be seen playing the role of a grown-up Maharana Pratap in Sony Entertainment Television's Bharat Ka Veer Putra- Maharana Pratap.

A little birdie from the sets informs us, "Other than Ssharad Malhotra, three other actors Adhvik Mahajan, Vishal Karwal, Nikitin Dheer were in the race to play the role. However, it was Ssharad who bagged the role.The generation leap is expected to take place in a month's time."
When contacted, Ssharad Malhotra said, "I can't say anything, as nothing has been confirmed at the moment."
