Angolan Consulate in São Paulo Registers Angolan Citizens

São Paulo — The consul of Angola in São Paulo, Belo Mangueira, last Friday informed that the Consulate will hold on 16, 17, 23 and 24 August a special campaign to register Angolan citizens residing in Brazil and update documents, with a view to finding out the current number of Angolan nationals in the South american country.

Speaking to ANGOP, the diplomat explained that it is of great concern to the Consulate the fact that some Angolan residing in Brazil, for ten or even twenty years, have not yet approached the institution for data update, which causes difficulties in terms of statistics.
