Shahrukh Khan’s association with Hyundai goes far back to the company’s Santro launch wherein King Khan was brand ambassador for both Santro and i10.
Shahrukh Khan tweeted that he was working on an advertisement campaign for the company on August 5, 2014, and since Elite i20 is the next upcoming big launch by the company, it is assumed that this is what the Bollywood superstar is working on. See Shah Rukh Khan’s tweet below.

Hyundai Elite i20 is a new premium hatchback that owes its design to Hyundai Motor’s Design Centre Europe in Russelsheim, Germany. Coming in with a Fluidic Sculpture 2.0 design, the new Elite i20 will bear no resemblance to its earlier counterpart the i20 though it will share its same engine options.
Hyundai Elite i20 will eye a new segment of buyers and will be powered by a 1.2-litre Kappa2 petrol engine and 1.4-litre CRDi diesel engine with both engines displaying a higher level of fuel efficiency. Elite i20 will be seen with larger headlamps, 16 inch diamond cut alloy wheels and ORVMs with blinkers. Tail lamps are the wrap around kind with turn indicators while its stop lamp is also mounted higher.
Interiors have been spruced up to sport a three spoke steering wheel as against the four spoke seen in the i20 while blue backlighting is seen on the switchgear. Steering wheel has all the audio controls besides tripmeter settings and push button start will be seen on mid and top level variants of the Elite i20.
Passenger comforts will come in the form of automatic climate control, touch screen music, rear AC vent, enhanced cabin and boot space. On board safety will be seen due to a total of 6 airbags, adaptive steering parking assist, sensors indicating door ajar and reverse camera with parking sensors.
