New Delhi: Karan Johar`s `Shhuddhi` has been the talk of the town for a long time ever since Kareena Kapoor Khan and Hrithik Roshan walked out of the project.Reports suggested that Hrithik opted out of the project citing health issues but the reason behind Bebo’s exit from the project was best known to the actress herself.
KKK had maintained stoic silence over this matter but if the latest reports are to be believed then the actress confessed to quitting the film because Hrithik walked out of the project.
Reportedly, Bebo wanted to work with the `Krrish 3` star and which is why she gave a nod to the project. But when she learnt that Hrithik was no longer on board the film, she chose to follow suit.
Now, that`s something for The Tinsel town to chew on.
Duggu and Bebo had once been alleged lovers. They set the silver screen ablaze with their too-hot-to-handle chemistry in `Main Prem Ki Deewani Hoon`, `Kabhie Khushi Kabhie Gham` and ‘Yaadein’.
The film in question produced by Karan Johar will now star Salman Khan. The leading lady hasn’t been finalised as yet.
