Bilfinger chief Koch resigns(City A.M. (UK) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) GERMAN industrial services and construction group Bilfinger said chief executive Roland Koch would quit, taking responsibility for a second cut in its 2014 earnings outlook since end-June.
