Jurala continues to get heavy inflows

Jurala reservoir in Mahabubnagar district continued to receive heavy inflows from Karnataka on Sunday.

The inflows recorded into the dam on Sunday morning were 1,46,343 cusecs and an equal quantity was being let down to Srisailam by the project authorities.

Water level

According to Irrigation Department officials, water level in the reservoir was 1,043.14 feet against the full reservoir level of 1,045 feet.

Similarly, the storage was 10.65 tmcft against the gross capacity of 11.94 tmcft.
