Tout nabbed by ACB

VADODARA: A tout operating from the office of the sub-registrar in Kuber Bhavan government office complex was nabbed red-handed by the Anti-Corruption Bureau while accepting money in lieu of a marriage certificate.
The ACB nabbed the tout after complainant Bipin Patel approached it stating that Jagdish Tadvi, who used to sit and work in the office of the sub-registrar zone-1 office at Kuber Bhavan, had sought Rs 400 from him for providing him three copies of a marriage certificate.Patel had gone to the office to get the copies of the certificate for his brother who stays in Saudi Arabia.
Patel took Tadvi to be a clerk at the office and negotiated with him. Patel paid Rs 200 as advance to Tadvi on July 24. Tadvi was to accept the remaining amount on Saturday, but landed in the ACB's net while accepting the amount and delivering the certificates.
