ChefTec adds Lot Tracking to ChefTec xt3

Culinary Software Services announced the availability of Lot Tracking as an add-on feature in the recently released ChefTec xt3.

"The ChefTec Lot Tracking Module allows the operators to quickly establish the source and movement of the affected food items and ensures an efficient handling of the recall," said Brian Bennett, president of Culinary Software Services, in a company press release. "It is a critical tool in limiting the impact of the recall and in minimizing the expense of the process."

Culinary Software Services will be showcasing ChefTec xt3 and the Lot Tracking functionality at the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo, Aug. 17-19 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, Calif., and the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Show, Sept. 7-9 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla.
