Gov candidate spotted at Cirque du Soleil
SPOTTED: Proving a politician’s work is never done, Maryland Lieutenant Gov. Anthony Brown (D), a gubernatorial candidate, was eyed smiling and shaking hands during an intermission Thursday of the Cirque du Soleil show “Amaluna.”
{mosads}Brown, who we hear was joined by his family, was among the VIP crowd at the premiere of the fantastical spectacle at National Harbor, Md.
Between clapping and hand-shaking, Brown’s fingers may have been tired by the end of the night. The body-bending, artistic circus performance received a standing ovation from the audience.
