Res.Sir,

 

I had issue regarding Carry Forward loss from Equity Derivative.

I had  loss of Rs.33000.00 as short Term cap.Loss

Had Rs.550000.00 as  equity Derivative  Loss

Rs.330000.00  profit as buy back Amount from listed Company-held long term and assumed 10% L.T.Cap.Gain

Rs.74000.00 as Insurance and Mutual Fund Commission

Expences total  Rs.35000.00

 

Kindly guide me,if I filled on Right time before 31.07.14,what will be implication and I.T form to be used.

Kindly guide me as my C.A is saying that the I.T.R ,I filled on 31.07.14 was wrong and has to be revised and loss cannot be carried forward as business loss,as business loss I.T.R cannot be filled.
