Doli Armaanon Ki: Mohit Malik punches Harsh Vashisht

Mohit Malik may be playing a male chauvinist in the TV show Doli Armaanon Ki, but he is quite an emotional man in real life.
So, when he mistimed a punch and accidentally hit co-actor Harsh Vashisht on his left eyebrow, he started apologising profusely. Not just that, the actor even cried on the set over his folly. He says, “This is the first time I have cried on the set and probably the first time I mistimed a punch.I have been feeling guilty since then. As an actor, one is very careful about his/her face. The punch landed under Harsh’s left eyebrow and has left a slight cut. He is fine now and I have been checking on him.”

The actor is relieved that Harsh’s eye was not harmed. “We had completed the action sequence and only two shots were remaining. It was sheer bad luck that it happened in the second last shot. He is a good friend, I have known him for years. He realised that it was an accident. I immediately rushed him to his van and a doctor was also called. I dropped him home and apologised to his family. I am relieved to know that he is fine now,” he concludes.
