I call Venu chettan on January 1, every year: Aju Varghese

The two, who first worked together in Vineeth Sreenivasan’s Malarvadi Arts Club, is teaming up once again in Rejishh Midhila’s Lal Bahadur Shastri. While Nedumudi Venu plays Bahadhur, Aju essays the role of Shasthri.
Ask Aju about working with Nedumudi Venu, and he says with excitement, “Venu chettan is the one person whom I unfailingly call and speak to on January 1st, every year since 2010.This might be because of the impact he has created in my life while shooting for Malarvadi Arts Club. He showered the juniors on the set with so much of love, affection and respect that I admire him a lot.”
