She has cooked on TV for over a decade now and has shot various theme based episodes where in a new challenge presented itself to her everyday, but for Hina Gautam, who specializes mainly in cooking and teaching Continental dishes on television, making farali Continental has been one of her best memories so far. She says, "Every year during shravan, we would have some episodes dedicated to farali food and Gujarat is big on faraal.
But I love conjuring healthy, wholesome and tasty dishes that are farali also, so that you keep your fast and yet eat well. Our regular farali food is quiet unhealthy. All the shravan farali episodes I have been doing, have been fun and challenging, especially making cookies and pizza bases out of rajgira and ragi."
