Tisva, the home lighting brand of home appliances maker Usha International, has launched its store in Hyderabad, its eighth in the country.
Nidhi Malik, Head of Marketing, said the company plans to have a network of 22 outlets across India by this fiscal end. “Some of these are company owned and the rest with franchisee partnership,” she said.
At present, the brand has a range of 262 products in the home lighting segment, with prices ranging from Rs 2,000 to Rs 40,000. The company outsources the products from the European, Chinese and other markets, carefully selecting them to suit the Indian market.
Malik said the Indian home lighting market is estimated at Rs 200 crore and is growing at 20 per cent CAGR.
