Romance rumors about of-the-moment singer Lana Del Rey and James Franco were fueled when she showed up at a Wednesday night screening of his movie “Child of God.”
Outside the Tribeca Grand, a Victoria’s Secret campaign was separately shooting with top models Chrissy Teigen, Lily Aldridge and Candice Swanepoel.
But when Franco emerged from a car and headed for the hotel’s side entrance, fans and fotogs came running after him.
We’re told Franco later invited some lucky guests to party in his penthouse suite at the hotel.
Del Rey was spotted waiting till the crowd thinned a bit to head up to the bash away from so many prying eyes.
Franco’s new film is based on the pitch-dark novel by Cormac McCarthy and stars Scott Haze, who told us he moved into a cave to get into character.
“It was pretty extreme,” Franco said of Haze’s preparation. “I didn’t ask him to do that.”
