She was suffering from a severe case of viral fever and with great difficulty she went ahead with her prior commitment to visit the sets of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa as part of promotions for Mardaani and completed all that was required of her on the sets. Her sheer professionalism is what made it possible for her to shoot. Request you to not resort to unnecessary conjecture.” (sic) was the statement released by the publicist of actress Rani Mukerji recently.
This was with regards to the news of Mukerji being in the family way that was doing the rounds. On the dance reality show, the actress seemed slightly indisposed. That was enough fodder for rumour mills.
