Apparently, the actor was asked by Sooraj Barjatya to sport earrings as a part of his look for Prem Ratan Dhan Payo. And instead of opting for clip-on studs, Neil actually got his ears pierced for the film. Now, he has liked the look so much that he is seen wearing the balis all the time.
