Jeffrey B. Citrin was elected, according to the company. He has more than 30 years of experience in real estate investment and capital management, founding companies as well as serving in a leading role of real estate investment banking agencies. "Tanger's Board will benefit from Mr. Citrin's expertise with complex real estate and financial transactions. We welcome him to the board of directors," said William G.
