THE Ipoh City Council has promised swift action against Mun Choong Restaurant in Pasir Puteh for ignoring its order to halt operations until construction of the eatery’s penthouse was completed.
Council licensing and enforcement director Zulkifle Jaafar Sidek said his officers would be conducting a check on the restaurant as soon as possible.
