China Bistro, known for its new-age Chinese cuisine, has launched the ‘Clay Pot Festival’.
With outlets in Worli, Dadar and Thane, the restaurant promises you sumptuous, delicious and satisfying one-pot-meals with flavours from the Far East. The dishes, rustled up under the expert guidance of master chefs, are prepared keeping authenticity as well as the Indian palate in mind. The festival menu predominantly revolves around hearty meals of rice and noodles with delicate and carefully prepared sauces, to present a complete meal in a clay pot.
To go with it, chefs have put together a limited but mouthwatering set of starters to tempt your palate.
Certain must tries from the festival menu are Thai Red Curry, Thai Green Curry, Celery Wine and Chilli, among the one-pot meals and Onion Cheese and Waterchestnut Spring Rolls, Korean Bbq Chicken and Dynamite Prawns from the starters. The restaurant offers special focus on their vegetarian clientele with Jain options as well.
