The nation's fear

Our fear is no longer the white man; our deepest fear is distilled much deeper than the racial boundaries.
Their fear is also not the black man. Their fear comes from the insecurities which are formed on the foundation of their cruel and selfish forefathers. Living in South Africa causes everyone to have fears that they do not understand where they come from because of their denials to the current appraisal of those who express their anger and frustrations.
This Azanian has reached a climax where it is even difficult to trust your own brother and sister because of the betrayals that we face on daily basis.
When the first white man arrived at the cape his intentions were not aimed at making friends with the black, he was looking for something to feed his family.
When they took the land forcefully [officially] in 1910 through the implementation of the land act it was not because they wanted to hate the black men it was simply because they were not satisfied with they had occupied hundreds years ago.
Their population was increasing hence they had to secure a good future for their coming generation.
On the other side we black people continued to expand on the other side while the land is not.
It is those reasons in the street of Johannesburg you continue to see a black and white man standing together next to the dustbins searching for something to eat. Poverty and unemployment does not choose colour of the skin.

The brutal killings and high rate of crime, which we continue to witness on daily basis they are caused by the fear we have for the future; we are leaving in crucial times.
Worse times of them all, every soul that leaves the planet earth through murder continues to speak from the soil.
Those who fought against oppression of one another based on colour and tribe are crying in the graveyards Sophia Town, Cator Manor, Ginsberg. Soweto, Sharpeville etc.
We need a political system that will liberate both the white and black.

The main reason we fight over nothing has something to do with economical lines that we find ourselves standing in; when one sees that that they cue is very long to arrive to the administration desk they thing of easier ways to accelerate the or speed up the process.
All of us dream of being better people in the society.
We can only achieve that dream if we can understand our past and recognize the injustices of the past and find ways of moving together as one nation.
It is not justice up until a the streets of Alexandra are mixed with people of same colour, it is not justice up until the daughter on Van De Merwe shares the same room in Walter Sisulu University or TUT Sosh residences. If this does not happen very soon we will continue to fear each other and our fear will continue to tear us apart...
We live in a world where facts and fiction get blurred
