Cape Town - A graft case involving two former Hawks members was again postponed in a Cape Town court on Tuesday due to an “overcrowded” court roll.

Captain Siyaza Patrick Siyale and Wilfred Arno Mentoor have pleaded not guilty to charges of corruption, theft, and defeating the ends of justice.

Siyale has also pleaded not guilty to two counts of extortion.

The pair will now appear in the Bellville Specialised Commercial Crime Court, before magistrate Sabrina Sonnenberg, on August 19.
