Suspected killer to be extradited to Belgium

Mehdi Nemmouche, the man suspected of killing 4 people at the Jewish Museum in Brussels, is expected to be returned to Belgium today, according to RTBF.

Nemmouche was charged with killing 4 people at the Jewish Museum in Brussels in May. H was later arrested in Marseilles and detained in Paris.

The French authorities agreed on July 23 to return the suspect to Belgium within 10 days on the basis of a European arrest warrant. According to RTBF, he will arrive in Brussels today.

Upon arrival in Belgium, Mehdi Nemmouche is expected to be sent to the town of Mons to await trail. Enditem
