Salem: The state conference of the Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi will be held here on August 17, party president Thol Thirumavalvan said on Tuesday.
The focus of the conference will be on educational rights for Dalits, he said.
The VCK is against privatisation of education, he added.
