Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago Kamla Persad-Bissessar (2nd R) chats with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and his wife Akie, as her husband Dr Gregory Bissessar looks on, during a photo call in the capital Port-of-Spain. Persad-Bissessar hosted a dinner on Monday night for Abe and his entourage.

I wonder if that is a linen suit. These days, it's rare to see a leader on an official visit out of the navy, black, charcoal zone. I've never seen Obama do it and never before on Abe. Looks good though...very fashion forward.

Everybody in pic smiling and very friendly, He brings his wife. I am not sure what Mrs. Abe is wearing, Maybe new fashion of silk yukata formal attire from Japan? Both ladies look very happy meeting together.

For those who do not know, Trinidad and Tobago is the equivalent of Fiji Islands where the British brought people from India to work in the sugar cane fields. They pretty much multiplied until they numbered the same as the local populace.

Why not? There are many female head of countries in the world. About time Japan has a female PM? She is doing excellent diplomatic interfacing wherever she visits.
