Very Berry Green Iced Tea

Iced berry green tea

This antioxidant-rich iced tea packs a powerful vitamin punch. Green tea, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries protect your skin, while ginger is an anti-inflammatory that helps soothe sunburn.

Ingredients

(Serves 8)

4 green tea bags or 4 tablespoons of loose green tea

1 thumb of ginger, peeled and sliced

1 litre boiling water

1/2 cup honey

100g raspberries, frozen

100g blueberries, frozen

100g fresh strawberries, sliced

Method

Pour the boiling water over the tea and sliced ginger. Stir in the honey to dissolve.

Leave to infuse for 5 minutes

Remove the tea bags or strain if using loose tea

Allow to cool for an hour then transfer to the fridge to cool completely

Serve with frozen blueberries, raspberries and fresh strawberries.
