2 Chainz has released the music video for "Freebase," which recreates the Michael Jackson video for "Thriller." Chingy wears the signature red leather jacket and transforms into a zombie for the remake.
"Hands down best video I've Ever shot!!!" tweeted 2 Chainz.
The visual also attaches a disclaimer at the outset:
"This video is for entertainment purposes only and dedicated to one of my favorite artists. In no kind of way is it our intent to disrespect the legacy of the greatest entertainer of all time."
"Freebase" is the title track from Chainz' latest mixtape, which hit in May. The tape features guest spots from Lil Boosie, A$AP Rocky, Rick Ross, Ty Dolla $ign and Cap-1 with production by Mike WiLL Made It, Metro Boomin and Young Chop.
