Man in court over Lakeminster Park chalet fraud

A man has appeared in court over fraud allegations relating to a chalet park in East Yorkshire.
William Flanaghan, 51, is charged with 10 counts of fraud by misrepresentation in connection with the sale of retirement homes at Lakeminster Park in Beverley.
Mr Flanaghan, of Stanneylands Road, Wilmslow, Cheshire, appeared before Hull Crown Court earlier.
He will next appear on 17 October for a plea hearing.
Lakeminster Park is home to about 200 pensioners.
