Religious and political parties have protested against Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip and killing of hundreds of innocent Palestinians including women and children.
Over 700 activists took part in three protest demonstration. The protestors burnt Israeli and America flags to express their anger against the Jews. The protesters slammed the international community’s inaction over Israel’s killing of Palestinians in the territory. They chanted slogans against the Israeli regime carrying banners with anti-Israel slogans. They appealed to the Muslims to wake up and stand against the tiny Israel. If Muslim nations across the globe take a joint stand, the problem will be resolved, they said. They noted that the UN should notice the Israeli bombardment. Addressing the protesters, Ulema Council Chairman Mofti Aqeelur Rehman urged the Muslim rulers to wake up.
