Losing finalist slapped with fines totalling RM16,000 for attacking referee

SUBANG Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) have been slapped with fines totalling RM16,000 for bringing the game into disrepute by the Football Association of Selangor (FAS) league.

The FAS competition committee, headed by Datuk Emran Kadir, found MPSJ guilty for attacking referee P. Jeevanathan after the Super Division final against PNSB at the MPSJ Sports Complex on June 20.
