Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali had organized a surprise birthday bash for actress Priyanka Chopra on Friday night.
Bhansali who is on cloud nine ever since the trailer of his upcoming movie, "Mary Kom" received overwhelming responses from the audience, decided to throw a post birthday party to the Chopra girl, who has won several hearts for her role as a world champion boxer in the film.
The former Miss World who turned 32 on 18 July, could not celebrate her big day with friends and family as she was busy shooting in Turkey for Zoya Akhtar's "Dil Dhadakne Do." But the actress took some time out from her busy schedule to celebrate the party hosted by Bhansali.
Many Bollywood A-list celebs attended the party, apart from the entire cast and crew of "Mary Kom." The party was also a wrap-up celebration for the film's crew from the "Ram-Leela" director.
Hrithik Roshan, Shraddha Kapoor, Farah Khan, Sunidhi Chauhan, Kangana Ranaut, Vishal Bhardwaj, Vidya Balan and husband Sidharth Roy Kapur were some of the guests spotted at the party.
Priyanka's cousin Parineeti Chopra attended the party along with her "Daawat-e-Ishq" co-star Aditya Roy Kapur. "Daawat-e-Ishq" is expected to clash the box-office with "Mary Kom" on 5 September.
Surprisingly, this time not just the young celebs, but legends like Rekha, Simi Garewal and Gulzar too graced the party.
