CCA Applauds Congress for Passing Device Unlocking Bill(Targeted News Service Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) WASHINGTON, July 25 -- The Competitive Carriers Association issued the following news release: Today, the U.S. House of Representatives passed S. 517, the Unlocking Consumer Choice and Wireless Competition Act by voice vote. CCA (Competitive Carriers Association) commends Members for passing this important legislation which will allow consumers to legally unlock their devices for use on another network that best fits their needs and desires.
