RBISE position holders: Girls clinch top three slots in SSC exam

BISER announced position holders’ result on Thursday, while overall result will be announced on at 10am today.

Girls outshone boys by clinching all three top positions in the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Rawalpindi (BISER).


The BISER announced the position holders’ result on Thursday, while the overall result will be announced on at 10am on Friday (today).



In Science Group (girls category), Nimra Mumtaz of Munir Public Girls High School Chakwal clinched the first position by obtaining 1,067 marks out of 1100 marks, Ateeqa Hashmi of Saddique Public High School (Girls) Sixth Road Satellite Town clinched the second position with 1,057 marks and Yusra Binte Hafeez of Divisional Public School Shamsabad secured the third position by grabbing 1,054 marks. These three girls were also declared the overall toppers in the SSC examination.

In Science Group (boys category), Muhammad Burhaan Rasheed of Military College Jehlum clinched the first position by securing 1,051 marks, Waqaar Ahmad of Cadet College Choa Sadian Shah clinched the second position by obtaining 1,043 marks and Muhammad Muddassir Shafiq secured the third position with 1,042 marks.

In General Group (boys category, Haroon Azam Noshahi of Jamia Qadria Shamsia clinched the first position by securing 930 marks, Muhammad Mubarik of Government High School Sagri (Jehlum) grabbed the second position by obtaining 912 marks and Hamza Nadeem of Tabligh ul Islam High School Jehlum secured the third position by obtaining 904 marks.

In General Group (girls category), Sana of Grammar Public High School for Girls S/Town clinched the first position by obtaining 977 marks, Shafaq Noor of the same school stood second by obtaining 976 marks and Sana Rasheed of Govrment Girls High School Nakodar Jehlum secured the third position by obtaining 969 marks.
