Sequel to Rajinikanth's Kochadaiiyaan!

Soundarya seems to be having second thoughts of not doing an animation film.

It was earlier said that Soundarya Rajinikanth wouldn't be doing an animation film again, after 'Kochadaiiyaan' wasn't received as much as any other film of Rajinikanth would have got. But with a small team from Coimbatore-based Realworks Studios coming with an impressive trailer of 'Ranadheeran' using open source software, Soundarya seems to be having second thoughts.
The trailer which was released on YouTube on Monday and has caught the fancy of many on social networks.
Sivaprasad Velayudhan, director of operations, Realworks Studios, who uploaded the 3D animated trailer, said it took 756 man hours of work, 10 weeks of project time and 22500 minutes of rendering 4500 image frames for them.
Impressed with the quality of animation, Soundarya Rajinikanth extended her hand tweeting, "Impressive work using open source pipeline! Should meet soon Sivaprasad velayudhan, realworks studios."
After receiving amazing response, Sivaprasad said, "Our heartfelt thanks goes out to each one of you for your overwhelming support and encouraging words. We are deeply honoured and humbled by the response that 'Ranadheeran' has garnered; your feedback has reaffirmed what we have always believed - that Open Source Real(ly) Works and India is home to a talent pool with endless possibilities!"
