‘More Gulf tourists visiting Jordan’

AMMAN — Toursim Minister Nidal Katamine on Thursday said the number of tourists from Arab Gulf states to Jordan increased by 20 per cent during the first five months of 2014 compared with the same period in 2013.
Katamine said 354,943 tourists came to Jordan during the first months of 2014 compared with 345,618 who came in 2013, adding that 17 per cent of the tourists were from Saudi Arabia.
