Workers finding a home in Anji

After years of job hopping, Yu Jianzhong decided to stay at Jiemei Electronic & Technology Co in Anji county, Zhejiang province, not because of high wages but because of the "happy workshop" program where he found a sense of belonging.

The program is one of the innovations by the Anji Federation of Trade Unions, the latest attempt to provide a pleasant working environment for migrant workers.
